We're sorry to hear you aren't happy with your purchase and are considering cancelling your order
Nationwide bathrooms aim to offer a faultless service to all our customers & we would be grateful if you would be kind enough to share with us the reason why you are considering cancelling your order, we are always striving to improve our service & if you feel we may have not handled your order correctly or you have any other issue that you feel we can improve on in future please give feedback so we can address these issues as we take these matters very seriously.
Our Customer Services Team are unable to accept your order cancellation request by telephone or email, you must complete the Order Cancellation Request Form below which is sent directly to our Support Team. Please note your order will stay 'live' until Authorised by ourselves and a Order Cancellation Confirmation Email is sent to the email address stipulated on the order.
What happens next
Once you have submitted the request a member of our Support Team will contact you by the end of the following working day to discuss the cancellation and accept or decline your request.
Once a cancellation has been approved by the company your order will then be submitted to our finance department for processing, as this is a non customer facing team all future correspondence regarding your refund must be made by email quoting your original order reference number.
Our finance department is situated in an independent location to our sales & customer services office so if for any reason there has been a issue with our service we can investigate the matter in an appropriate manor and necessary action may be taken.
All refunds will then be carried out in accordance with the 30 days outlined in the distance selling regulations, all monies owed will be credited back onto the original card used to make the purchase within 30 days from receipt of the Order Cancellation Request Form.
If you would like to reconsider cancelling your order but have an issue to raise with us then please email our support team which is also situated independently to our sales & customer service department where the issue will be escalated to a high priority and we will do the upmost to satisfy your needs.
